Hey there, I am a self-confessed beer-a-holic. And it's going straight to my tummy! Looking ahead to summer bikinis, tank-tops, a light-as-air dresses, I need to slim down my bod. But, I don't want to give up my beverage of choice, either.
I normally like good stiff brews- jubelale, snowcaps, seirra nevada pale, fat tire, etc.... I need some suggestions of nice full-bodied brands- that will not make me as "full bodied" too!!! (puns all intended- sorry ;o)
Thanks for the ideas!

Re: A lower calorie GOOD beer?
Mon, March 19, 2007 - 3:46 PMCheck here for some calorie info: www.realbeer.com/edu/health/calories.php
& here for some others (note: 1 oz = 30 ml) www.brewery.org/library/AlClbinger.html
And don't forget - alcohol significantly lowers your overall fat burning metabolism for several hours after drinking. So even if you go for a low-cal drink, you're interfering with your body's ability to burn fat. Sorry...
Better bet is to increase your exercise for a bit.
